Children's Ministry

Our Children's Ministry is a safe, fun environment for children in grades 1-5. There are a variety of activities your child can be involved in.

Background checks are conducted on all adult workers 18 and over in our preschool and children's departments.

Explore the Bible

Sunday 9:30am - 10:30am

Children 1st-5th Grade

‚ÄčSunday mornings from 9:30-10:30. This is a book-by-book study for kids that takes our children on a journey into Scripture where they will see the Bible in a way that will make them want to dig deep--building a foundation for life transformation. Object-based learning is used to help kids dig-deep.

Bible Skills, Drills and Thrills

Sunday 6pm - 7pm

Children K-5th Grade

This study offers a unique mix of activities that will help kids build strong Bible stills, strong life application, and a strong foundation for Bible drill.  Teaches kids Bible skills while keeping them active and engaged with fun skill-building activities, followed by a group time that is just as exciting! We end with different options such as recreation, crafts or service projects to reinforce the teaching in the lesson.

Wednesday 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Children K-5th Grade

Kids love going down the "adventure trails" that lead to a better understanding of Jesus. The Bible stories and puppets, music and prayer, snacks, crafts, and games all give kids a glimpse into God's love!

This program gets our entire children's ministry involved by utilizing the special "Park Patrol" roles for older kids! The older children love serving as mentors while developing leadership skills.

Children's Hour of Worship

Sunday 10:45am

Children ages 5-9

New and exciting worship just for children ages 5 through 9 takes place on Sunday mornings, coinciding with  worship for ages 10 and over!  C.H.O.W. Time is a time of worship for children through age-appropriate songs and Bible lessons. This will be a time of teaching children not only what happens in "big church," but why it takes place. Through age-related teaching, boys and girls will hear the gospel and be given opportunities to respond to the message of salvation when they are ready. They will take part in taking up of an offering, along with announcements pertaining to children's activities, and even Children's Bulletins relating to the Bible lesson taught that morning. Children are encouraged to bring their Bibles in order to "follow along" as the lesson is taught from God's Word.
